Heady Tips Refund Policy

1. General Policy

  • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your product arrives damaged upon delivery.

  • Due to the custom and collectible nature of our products (e.g., glass tips and trading cards), we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

2. Damaged Items

  • If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

  • To request a refund or replacement:

    1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at headytips@gmail.com

    2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

  • Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement, based on availability.

3. Shipping Issues

  • Refunds or replacements for damaged items do not cover shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers. We’ll work with you to resolve such issues where possible.

4. Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage.

  • We reserve the right to deny claims if damage is deemed a result of misuse or mishandling after delivery.
