Heady Tips Refund Policy

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your product arrives damaged upon delivery.

Due to the custom and collectible nature of our products (e.g., glass tips and trading cards), we cannot accept returns for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
2. Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement, at our discretion.

Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement, based on availability.
3. Shipping Issues

Refunds or replacements for damaged items do not cover shipping delays or lost packages caused by carriers. We’ll work with you to resolve such issues where possible.

Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or replacement due to damage.
