Orders may take 7-10 business days to process before shipping. This time allows us to carefully prepare your custom glass tips and trading cards.

Processing times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to limited stock availability. We’ll notify you if there’s an extended delay.

Once processed, shipping times depend on your location and the selected shipping method:

Domestic (U.S.): Typically 3-7 business days.

International: Typically 10-20 business days, depending on customs clearance.

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to carriers or customs.
3. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen method.

Costs do not include potential customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer for international orders.
4. Where We Ship

Orders are fulfilled exclusively through the Heady Tips website or our partner, The Upper Vault.
5. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available). Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Heady Tips is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by carriers. We’ll assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
